The Challenge
The client—a newly established multi-specialty hospital—needed a fully operational diagnostic laboratory to serve outpatient and inpatient departments. The lab had to meet stringent clinical and regulatory standards, accommodate multiple departments (e.g., hematology, biochemistry, blood bank, microbiology), and be delivered within a strict timeline before hospital launch.
